ACCOMMODATION
A block booking with special rates have been secured for the EARTO Annual Conference participants at the Hotel Rixos Libertas***** and Hotel Lero***.
You will be offered to choose your hotel when you register to the Conference.
Please note that:
- Full prepayment by credit card or bank transfer is mandatory
- Each participant will receive a confirmation
- Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis
- The names of people sharing rooms must be indicated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be provided in writing or e-mailed to the official housing agency and are liable for the following penalties:
- until April 30, 2013: an administration fee of EUR 50,00 will be due and deducted from the refunded amount
- after April 30, 2013 - full payment is due and no refunds will be granted.
All refunds will be handled after the Conference.
Any change of reservation will be subject to a handling fee of EUR 30,00 and has to be requested through the official housing agency.
