REMARK

Prices are stated in HRK, per person per night on BB basis and inclusive of VAT. In case of change of the VAT (PDV) in Croatia, new rates will be applied.

CANCELLATIONS


All changes or cancellations of paid and used registration fees and hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to „Penta“ Ltd. Any change (name,
hotel or room type, arrival/departure date) or cancellation is possible under following condition:
- 40 days before congress begins free of charge, after that period 50% of amount will be charged
- if cancelled less than 20 days before congress no refund will be made
